How a trade show unfolds
Your trade show
with a private chauffeur
A trade show runs over several days and many journeys: the airport arrival, the round trips between the hotel and the exhibition hall, client dinners, then the departure. We prepare this schedule with you upstream, so your teams and guests can focus on the show rather than on how to get there.

Preparing the schedule
You send us your dates, the show venue, your hotels, the number of passengers and your timings. Sanaâ builds the transport schedule with you and replies with a custom quote within 24 hours.

Welcoming your teams and guests
Your delegation is met at Roissy CDG, Orly or Le Bourget, then driven to the hotel or straight to the show. The welcome can be in French, English or Japanese.

Hotel and show round trips
Every morning and evening, the journeys between the hotel and Paris Expo Porte de Versailles, Paris Nord Villepinte or Le Bourget follow the show's opening hours. The chauffeur knows the access routes and drop-off areas.

Client dinners and departure
In the evening, the chauffeur drives your clients to the restaurant and back. At the end of the show, the chauffeur handles the return to the airport or the station. We operate 24/7, on reservation.
To welcome your guests on arrival, the corporate airport shuttle takes over as soon as they leave the plane. For a small team, the Mercedes V-Class van with chauffeur seats up to 9 passengers; for a larger delegation, the 53-seat coach with driver carries the whole group in a single journey. In every case, the rate is announced at booking.
