Conditions
Fixed rate applicable for arrivals and departures between 8:30 AM and 7:30 PM. Outside this window, specific rate communicated on request.
Rates apply for hotels located in inner Paris. For hotels outside Paris, custom quote on request.
Specific rate for January 1st and May 1st — to confirm with Sanaâ at booking.
Service operated in Mercedes V-Class mini-van (or similar) up to 6 passengers and luggage. For larger groups, custom quote.

Communication
Our drivers speak French. English is available on request. For Japanese-speaking accompaniment during the trip (bilingual assistance), a surcharge may apply — specify it at booking.
Pickup location
Our driver (or the assistant if you booked the accompaniment option) waits in the arrival hall, after passport control, baggage claim and customs.

For departures from Paris to CDG, plan to arrive at the airport 4 hours before your flight (3 hours for long-haul check-in).
